Joan Rivers  has long based her act on her life  and bodily imperfections.  Her new book, Men Are Stupid . . . and They Like Big Boobs: A Woman’s Guide to Beauty Through Plastic Surgery,  pulls no punches, discussing the effects of aging.  Rivers admits that in the past 40 years she has had two face-lifts, breast reduction, a nose job, a tummy tuck, eye lifts, arm and leg lifts and liposuction, in addition to Botox injections, wrinkle fill-ins, skin resurfacing and lip plumping.  She is 75 years old.  What do you think?
